Here's an update on all the things I did recently to the rig. Painted the new Mevotech UCA's to throw some accent color in there as well as the new Nitro rear shocks that came with the Zone lift. Also painted the exhaust tips:

What exhaust tips did you go with. Or did you just paint the stockers?

I just painted the stockers. Used the Rustoleum "High Temp" paint. Letting them sit and dry really good before I go firing it up. I'm really happy with how they turned out. I was a painting fool today as you can see. :D

Looks good man. I'd like to do some red accents on my suspension. But it would be pointless. With it being a lowered 2wd. You can't see under it unless your crawling on your knees.

LOL! I hear ya. I just wanted a little "pop" to it I guess, without going overboard. I was thinking about doing the Bilstein's too... But to be honest, I think I've done enough and those two items will be plenty of accent.

To me, no question is dumb.... The Mevotech's are stronger upper control arms. Some people recommend you replace them and others say the stock ones are ok. I figured while I had it all torn apart, I would just replace them since they cost less the $100 for both side.

Saved a little money on the Mevotech's and I'm not going to be doing any major off-roading with my truck. The Mevotech's are an improvement over stock which is good for me.
