Easy Cheap Lowering?

my 1999 1500 RCSB needs to be lower! in the back i took out the coil overs so im just running shocks but i want to be able to put 100lbs in my bed without squatting. any suggestions to lower the rear about 3in and the front about 2 inchs? i dont want to go too low because i need to keep my 15in wheels and 32in tires.........

Overload springs. Take those out and you'll drop about an inch. Then if needed a little extra 1 inch blocks.
