decided to look around

Found a rear end on ebay...

*its from a 96 ram
*has about 105k miles on it
*stock number is "101180"
*according to this chart below, it recieved an "A"

A Grade - The highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age.
B Grade - The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age.
C Grade - The third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light damage.
No Grade - A part that has not yet been graded.

has a 3.90 gear ratio, gonna send the seller a email and see if it has a lsd?

I'm with Dave. Go with a higher quality aftermarket LSD and ring/pinion set. You will be much happier with it.
