If you are going to do any kind of towing and have to climb mountains/hills then removing the clutch fan isn’t going to work. Tried it with my truck and also removed the grill shutters and basically overheated the truck here in Idaho. Now around town you will be fine and do it with my truck all the time.

You can adjust the tire size & axle ratio on the I2. Nothing needs to be done to the pulley the fan was on. It stays like it is. I however sprayed a little paint on the threads to keep them from rusting

Why put the shroud back on? The e-fan isn't using it.

I was thinking about this the V6 efan has its own shrowd and the AC fan doesn't. So I'm wondering if the AC fan would work ok on it's own with the clutch fan shrowd left on

Where is the AC fan? Is it in front of the radiator or on the engine side?
