Exhaust Brake Stuck On Sometimes

    Ok, thanks for the input. You think turbo fouling is a potential cause of a stuck-on Diesel brake?

    Now I think about it, I've never experienced it when towing (7,500 miles out of the 26k on the truck, across the USA a couple times now.). Usually with tow/haul engaged and EB set to "auto" for descent control.

    Thanks. I did some more research and now understand the EB is a part of the turbo itself.

    I am going to start running the EB on all the time and will post back if this ever recurs. Appreciate all the inputs.
