My father has passed me his old 89 D250 everything works great has220k+ miles etc

However the one problem is my windows and hvac blower are not getting power! I pulled the whole dash apart traced wires etc and could not find the disconnect / short.

Everything else works, an interesting thing though, if you hit the window button the lights in the center of the dash will come on...? Like the wait to start brake light etc. Though after tracing the wires I can't see anywhere they are connected.

As a test I jumped a hot wire to the linked side of those fuses everything works. Please help!

Is there a relay that connects this portion of the wiring?

check fuses, relays and switches

Checked all fuses and switches, could not locate the relay for it.

The windows and hvac are linked in the fuse block on the backside, I am not even sure which wire is supposed to be energized as they are all dead. Where would the relays be located?
