So I bought the ttc-1216v springs from tufftruck.. I also bought 1 inch spacers from daystar. Both are supposed to be for my 98 ram 2500 but the spacers don't look like they will be a comfortable fit... though I haven't even taken my old sprints out yet.

See how well they DON'T go together? Lol.. Though I've never messed with coil spacers so seeking other opinions. Also I can't upload using my phone...it redirects to a page saying the page don't exist after I wait for the upload.

I read through the specs for those coil springs and it said like a 2" bump right? From experience 3" may or may not need some track bar tweaking. The p/o of my truck decided it would be a good idea to just install 3in coil spring spacers and call it a day. Unfortunately my truck tracked sideways (dog legged) until I bought an offset bracket. This seems to be a hit or miss issue for second gens but just a warning.

That's just a bad idea. Unless you know exactly what you're doing and fabricating front control arms and accounting for steering geometry don't do it. Just buy a real lift. Springs of the right height aren't too awful much more either.

Rides smooth as hell with the Fox shocks in it... The snow plow will probably bring it back down some but these springs are TUFF!
