Front end parts

I have a 2002 Ram 1500, regular cab, short bed with the 4.7.

Saw that someone had some 'like new' parts from a 2007 1500 and was wondering if they would fit a 2002?

Pair of front hubs new in box
Pair of front shackles restored
Pair of front lower control arms
Pair of front for rods
Pair of rear shackles

Total price for all these parts is $110 which sounds like a good deal, just wonder of the 2007 parts fit the 2002 since they are the same generation.

The shackles are fixed to the frame on the 02's, they need to be cut off n rewelded, have done mine already and it wasnt a bad job. the latter years are bolted. and the lca's are different, not to sure about the rest. Gl.
