Does anyone know where the fuel filter is on a 1988 D200 with a 3.9 V6?

It's quite possibly integrated with the fuel pump assembly but I am not sure as there was quite a bit of change during the 80's trucks.

I think '88's are TBI, so it's very likely that it has a traditional fuel filter.
I don't know for sure, but I'd guess it's under the truck along the frame rail on the drivers side.

should be bolted to the cross member under the bed of the truck. if it is not there it is most likely in the frame rail under the drivers floor
