My vin number list my ratio as 4:92 which should be correct as I have 20 inch wheels. My truck is a 2004 1500. However someone must have changed the whole rear end as it has a 3:55 tag and someone also wrote 3:55 on the cover. Must have came from a junk yard. I pull a 4000 pound camper, but the 5.7 hemi seems to have plenty of power to pull it. Just wish they would have put the correct ratio in it.

I'm gonna assume you meant 3.92 and it was a fat finger lol...also gonna assume you have a 2wd, because that would've caused all kinds of problems putting a 3.55 rear behind a 3.92 front...

It is 2wd. 3:92 is right. Would'nt that be a screemer with a 4:92!

Dunno if it would fit the case lol...it would be a screamer, but as someone who has 4.56's, highway wouldn't be fun lol
