What all do you need to replace if you want to go from 3.55 to 3.73 gears

Unless you have a Dana, there are no 3.73s

which to be clear, in case there was confusion on OP's part, half tons have a Dana 44 and a Chrysler 9.25 in the rear. so you'd be able to go to a 4:10 ratio.

2500s you can get 3.73s. 1500s no better to go with 4.10s. Will cost the same but do way more for you

Did this with my 1500 4x4. 4:10 and an Auburn Gear torque sensing differential for the rear. It was just over $1200 at 4Wheel parts installed since I don't have the needed tools for gear set-up. It was quite an improvement going from 3:54 ratio to 4:10.

Answer to your question, Just the crown and pinion.
Worth it? No. Go 4:10. Same swap. Same price.
