Grab Handle Repairs

The grab bar on my 03 ram was half hanging off when I bought my truck. Apparently to much weight was put on it and the bolts pulled through the plastic. To try and remove the bolts i had to "punch" the nutserts to keep them from spinning and due to them being cheap the lip broke right off. What is the best way to get these nutserts out?

im in the same boat i think passenger side nut in A pillar completely loose and cannot get it out following to see if i can get some info

When we have to remove them from aluminum frames at work we usually drill them out with step-bit drill bit.

ive got it out just need to know how to replace one in and find one
