Had truck towed front wheels down

    Agreed with above. Let them diagnose the whole thing for free in the very least.

    Not your fault, its the tow trucks. take to dealer play dumb, if they deny your request call the tow company and file a claim with them.

    okay, i'll ask... why is your brand new truck having to be towed anywhere for engine work .. off topic, but I must know.

    Took it in to the dealer, told them about the overheating messages. They diagnosed it as a damaged clutch in the transfer case and replaced it under warranty.

    I needed the tow because of a punctured oil pan.
