Hazards/Turn signals not working!

Have an 04 Ram 1500, my turn signals and hazard lights are completely dead. Nothing flashing on the dash, nothing clicking, just nothing at all. I just changed the multifunction switch in the steering column thinking that was the cause. Nope, still nothing. Went through all fuses as well and can find nothing blown. Is there a relay somewhere for all of this? I have searched the fuse/relay box and under the dash as well and can not find one. Please help!

Look it up in fsm. If switch mechanical, u should be able to see if that symptom is caused by switch.
