Headlight upgrade question

I'm looking to upgrade to a aftermarket headlight but getting allot of mixed reviews. Looking for advice on some that look good, nice and bright but don't break the bank.

cheap quick adn easy.
high beam, in low beam position but never get flashed by oncoming traffic, due to anti-0glare cone stock on all rams with quad light setup.

Do you mean H11 to H9?

There is no quad light setup on a third gen.

I'm actually looking for the whole light housing, not just bulbs.
