Hi, recently came upon a hemi gtx for sale, I have never seen one, much less a quad cab. Anyone have any info on production numbers of hemi gtx quadcabs?

The Hemi GTX package was a limited sport-truck version of the Ram. Introduced in 2004 and only made in 2004 and 2005, these were customized by LA West of Indiana as ordered from dealers. It was available on regular cab/short-box and quad cab/short-box and 2x4 and 4x4 model pickups and included a custom overall paint from Mopar's Impact colors from the 1970s (this included Hemi Orange, Plum Crazy Purple, Sublime Green, and Banana Yellow). 20" American Racing Motto chrome wheels, a new cowl "blacked out" hood, and a specially trimmed leather 2-tone interior including a serialized number plate on the drivers side door jamb were offered. On the sides was a "hockey stick" stripe with "HEMI GTX" that extended from the hood to the rear of the box. The air box was also painted to match the body color, and a color matched steering wheel was added as well. They were only 433 produced in 2004 and roughly the same amount in 2005. A certificate of Authencity was given to all original owners.

Yep, Just learned something, Thanks, And heres me thinking my Grabber Green (Sublime) was an Original Idea. Oh well still thinking about it but was quoted 10K for the colour change.

The one I found is green. Only 7 green quadcabs were made, 9 orange quad cab, and 4 purple quad cab. It needs a head gasket and is well priced. Wish I wasn't so broke..

I've seen reg cabs, never seen a quad in person.

Same here only the reg cabs around here. Want to say I have seen 3 in a 20 mile radius. I like the hood on them but fittament was an issue from what I was always told and required some work to get it to sit right. From what the dealer rep told me they were black base trucks that were shot the old color at the shop.

There is a lime green quadcab here. I didn't realize they were so rare.

Its listed on Norfolk via Craigslist. $5500 needs head gasket. It would be nice to see someone on here get it since I can't.

The numbers are higher than that. Quad cab GTXs were only offered in Sublime Green and Hemi Orange. They were never produced in Plum Crazy Purple.

I drive a Hemi GTX and here are the numbers

According to LA West, the company who did the GTX, in 2004 there were: 196 Orange Regular Cab, 15 Orange Quad cab, 90 Sublime Regular Cab, 7 Sublime Quad Cab, 68 Plum Crazy Regular Cab, 4 Plum Crazy Quad Cab and 53 Banana Regular Cabs.

The green one in this picture was sold outside Atlanta, It belonged to a women that I believe her husband had died and that's the picture that was advertised when it was for sale because I called about it, but someone beat me to the punch. Would have bought it. Is this person that got it on the forum?
