So I am in the process of getting my LTC (license to carry) Here in Texas and have been doing a lot of research on a good comfortable CC holster. I found Stealth Gear USA via a comparison video that also included Alien Gear and Crossbreed. The reviewer had nothing bad to say about Stealth Gear so naturally I searched more on the product.

I have read seemingly thousands of reviews and watched multiple youtube videos and nobody has anything bad to say about them every single thing I have read/watched has been positive with the exception of 1 thing....... price. They sell for about $100 and up, alot of people are saying that the price point is way to high. Personally I have no issues paying a bit more for a product where quality really shows.

Have any of you had any experience with Stealth Gear holsters vs any others???

Ps. I don't know if it matters but I plan to carry my Glock 23.

I just purchased an Alien Gear in the waist holster. Love it and I can't even feel it on me. I carry a S&W Shield 9

I use a deSantis Speed Scabbard with my 3.3" SA XDS. I use the same holster with my 4.25" SA Champion Lightweight Operator.

Here's the SA CLO in the holster:

I prefer iwb. I've used desantis intruders, crossbreed super tucks, and an alien gear cloaktuck with a G22, xd subcompact, and currently primarily a G43. The aliengear has by far been the most comfortable and enjoyable iwb holster I've used. I HIGHLY recommend it if you go iwb.

Sorry I didn't specify but it will be IWB as I rather CC over open carry.

This is the video that sold me on Stealth gear

I just got my permit to carry last month and had ordered the Alien Gear cloak tuck 3.0. My brother in law has the same holster and since our guns are almost identical I tried his out for a couple days. I ended up canceling my order and got the Stealth Gear ONYX instead. I thought the Alien Gear was good but the ONYX is really comfortable and IMO better quality, definitely worth the extra $.

I have a Cross Breed Super Tuck, it's a nice holster and wears nice, but my gun stays in my EDC/bounce bag. I only wear it on me if I'm going in somewhere for a while if not I'll just stick in the back between me and my jeans.

I really like my MTR Custom Leather IWB/OWB holster for my Shield 40S&W. Full leather and very comfy.

Fits my taurus 24/7 g2 compact. 40 very well. I can't bear in the pant holster, even as concealed carry. I carry outside pants, back right hip
