For a 4 inch drop, that's usually more than most people. So you might have to piece together a drop. Like spindles and springs. As all the drops I found so far also stop at 2000. What's the difference in year models as far as suspension?

Ground force has 2" drop coils.

i have seen where some people have problems with cutting springs. is that because they are cutting old springs?

will the front end be able to be aligned and stay in alignment?

People have problems because they either try to heat the spring (don't do that) or cut too much (don't do that either).

As far as the alignment... you should be ok... but I've never done that before, so I can't be certain.

Its a 1500 I don't think 3500 springs will ride very good on a 1500 might be a little stiff. It dems like a lot of work to keep popping out the spring and cutting a half coil at a time. Wish there was an easier way to do it. Doesn't it mess the ball joint up when your smacking it with a ball joint removal tool?

Not always. When you are doing anything custom it will take lots of trial and error.
