I'd say roughly $3k...depending on if he did the work himself

    Lift $1200+installation
    Tires are $400 each
    Wheels are $100 each
$400 for just the 4:56 ring and pinion plus instalation (does it have limited slip or a locker?)

With 88k. That price seems to me to be on the higher edge of reasonable. Depends on if the mods are the mods you want. If you like the mods that have already been done to it, then its probably a decent price, though I would try to get him down 1k. If you don't really care about the mods, you could probably find a stock model cheaper. A couple months ago, I paid 8k for my QCSB 1500 2wd Hemi with right at 100k. I am very happy with my truck and what I paid for it.

yea i thought about that...those mods are what i plan to do as soon as i have the money...the thing is i would really like 4x4 cuz i would like to do some wheeling...there's this other guy with a 2004 4x4 Hemi with 82k miles, small rancho lift (pictures make it look stock though) with some Halo wheels and 35s (not sure which brand) asking $12500..
