I recently tried this but for whatever reason, I just didn't have enough slack in my brake line and I was only going to add a 1". I am going to take it to my local shop and see if they can get it done. I may have to have the hard line bent or even longer brake lines. Take a look. Majorly bummed.

Do the Bills yourself if your capable [emoji106]
I say this mainly because " professional" shops jack up this install more than diyers .

Diyers like most folks here are on forums and read the doos and don't so to speak .

Professional guys do this type work WRONG all day every day untill someone informs them of what they are doing improperly .....

First off, thank you @R.L.K. for another great how-to thread! Just installed my TGC 1.5" spacers after putting Bilstein 5100s on at 2.8. I really didn't want the stiffer ride that most heavy duty replacement springs give you and I wanted a bit of rake back since I have a camper I tow several times a year. I also have Airlift 1000s which I was able to keep with the spacers because the spacers do have a hole in the center. I also sprayed some Fluid Film on the frame spring mount where the spacer sits as well as the spring mount on the axle.

The truck rides exactly like it did before and has the stance that a 4wd truck should have.12a1fc0b643be06ced16207d823cc9f7.jpg581a2904becc2afac73a32c698a96158.jpg481be589d485d8098160b8556368073d.jpg11aeef3fe9efc16fd05d2270a94064fc.jpg420e83563f8e5221fa1901e7f9439842.jpg732bc22549b3432f0e3a8574f505c606.jpg5eba3292c144c9c94250f5085e35219a.jpg81e019f0841436b348d1843d0f3670b2.jpg832e3b9c5c499150c6b1b8591a0c8d03.jpg

So I know this is an old thread but those measurements you posted were on stock 275 60 20s after initial install?

I see coil spacer that go on top of rear coil and ones that go on the bottom. What the difference?

I wouldn't trust the ones that go on the bottom simply because there's no reliable way to make them lock in. The ones that are on the upper mounts lock in so well it's virtually impossible for it to come out....

The bottom spacer sits on factory nipple (lack f a better word). The spacer has a nipple the coil now sits on.

That one looks good[emoji106]

All the lower spacers I've seen literally sit on top and barely lock into the spring seat.
