how to remove front seats

Whats the best way of removing the front seats. I want to get this carpet up, get her naked

there sould just be bolts and my guess on the electronics ill just unplug.

maybe take a look at the car section of stores, i use some shampoo stuff for car carpets and such. works pretty good, dont know what product it is though.

I got some stuff, called Tuff Stuff and its discoloring stuff. ;(

the adams stuff supposedly works great.

as for the seats. I remember on my 05 there was 2 big ass bolts on the back legs and 2 smaller ones on the front(each side), then there was 2 bars that linked the two bucket seats together that the center jump seat mounted too. I don't know how the business console mounts in the 06-08 sports(if you have the business console)
