Seems like it's decent but would appreciate coaching from the masters here.

New 2017 Ram 2500 | Stock #4217349 | Serving Fort Worth, TX

$58,720 Asking Price
$3,250 Incentives
$55,470 Dealer Price

I have a Chrysler Control # which will get me to 1% below invoice but this seems like a decent deal as is.

Can I squeeze any more out of this?

Seems like a good price.

I have a control number as well. I actually got my current truck for less than I would have got with the number. Was surprised. :)

Good luck! Work your deal and then present the control number.

It's good for this time of year but nothing to write home about. I think $14K below MSRP with incentives should be doable.

End of the month, they want tho hit their bonus numbers. You should be able to squeeze more out of them.

Yeah it's hard to get them where you want to be on BOTH vehicles. I got $10.500 off a $50,000 new truck (which was ordered) & got full blue book value for my trade but I had to really work for it! I was working with about a half dozen dealers over about a 4 month period.
If you can get them where you want to be on the trade I would go for it.

I wish I was back in AZ every day - currently about 1000 miles from there. Trying like hell to get back to the desert (PHX or LAS) but not having much luck these days.

:(

Yeah what was the MSRP? I got reasonable money for my trade based on KBB. I ordered the truck with an MSRP of $66,700. Got the truck for $57,000. While I feel like I got a decent deal I still feel like I left a little money on the table. This was also earlier in the year.

I just can't stomach the low ball trade offers. Every time I've looked at trading an RV or truck I will get an offer from the dealer just to see what they have to say. I then go home and post on Craigslist for thousands more and it's gone within a week. The profit dealers expect to make on trades is just ridiculous.

I hear you. There's nothing wrong with my 1500 - it is in fact perfect right now @ 60K miles. I keep up with the maintenance and right now I'm looking at a $0.04 cost per mile driven (excluding depreciation, insurance, fuel, and wiper blades).

Each passing day is a day closer to the 2020 redesign. And if I'm going to wait for 2020, I might as well wait for 2021, when these trucks start to drive themselves. =)

you should be getting a minimum of 20% off to be a good deal, especially considering you are getting a more optioned model. Like someone said, timing is right $14K off. If you trade is a creampuff try craigslist and ebay first. That way you wont feel so bad when they give you wholesale. Play their game; north of wholesale on the trade if they wont give you the above on new one. just get the 14K some way.

Is this including taxes and title?

In July bought a 2017, 2500 4x4, 6.4 bed, auto for 32,500 + tax/title, I think the sticker was 48 or 49, so I was out the door at 37 +/-, Could have gotten the cummins for 43,000 + T&T but wanted to try a Hemi.
