i want my alarm back, help

so, i have a moth more or less with my 1996 ram and i would like to have the factory alarm to work again. the P.O. gave me only keys, no controls. where can i find the controls and who can program them to get the factory alarm to work again?
also, where is the factory alarm module located?
i found a module under the central seat that has it harness disconnected, is this the one?

Take it to a dealer, they are the only ones that I know of who can program the remotes. I'm sure others can, but I don't know of them. It was pretty cheap when I got a key fob for my truck.

thenks, i just called my local dealership ( small town, there is only one) and they asked me for the last 8 vin digits, they say that my truck doesn't exist, that it doesn't show in their data base, WTF with that?
here is my vin 3B7HC2672TM111967 in case you guys can help me

You're sure you read all of the digits correctly? If you can read the plate in the windshield very well, there is the sticker in the drivers door, and there is one to the left of the radiator on the vertical support if looking at it from the front.

Whats odd, one vin Decoder says its a 96 2500 and another says it doesn't match any known records.

Just ran a carfax, came back as something I've never seen before, my guess is because its in Mexico, maybe not as many records.

A majority of the 2nd gen dodges were built in Mexico, mine was and I have all the normal VIN information.
