I'm back in a Ram!

After a few years away, I've found my way back into a Ram.

I just bought myself a 06 1500 4x4 with 4.7 v8 and boy am loving it. 2nd and 3rd gen have always been my favorite body styles

The dealer I bought it from installed a black out kit due to yellow headlights and a broken tail light. I think it looks pretty sharp.

Cosmetically, I want to add some kind of step or running boards and a tonneau cover.

Performance wise, I haven't thought about it much yet. I'm not really into tuning and chasing every bit of horsepower available but I would still like to hear any suggestions that will boost power and/or fuel economy without breaking the bank.

Hmm those magnum engines don't really have a ton of readily accessible options for significant performance gains. Maybe a lift and a limited slip differential would be worthwhile

Nice setup. Right now, I'm not planning to get quite that deep into mine but plans are subject to change without notice...

What are you seeing for power and fuel economy with those mods?
