Where is everyone mounting everything. I've got 3 harnesses to wire and I'm at a complete loss on where to put it all.

Pull that cover off the top of your rad. I zip tied my harness to the other wires there.

I did take off the cover for a little look. The harnesses and relays I can put just about anywhere. I'm more worried about the resistors. I know they have to be attached to something metal because they get so hot.

I didn't start the instillation today, I need to go get some screws or bolts to mount all the wires.

Oh..ok...I didn't have any resistors so I didn't have to worry about it.

It's a pain in the ass with the short wiring but it can work.

You just have to get creative.

My buddy got a kit that the ballast needed to be grounded for his 13 cummins
I used a right angle drill and a short bit and drilled/tapped holes into the square tubing behind the headlights
JJs kits have a bit more length to their harness then his

Maybe attach the resistors to the under side of the fender where the light goes

As I'm plugging in my HIDs to the factory plug I noticed the standard power goes to ground. Here's a pic. Should I flip the connectors? uploadfromtaptalk1400009882578.jpg

Wait... Now I just feel dumb. As I am flipping them I notice they can be connected either way and I just so happened to plug them both in backwords. Uhg.

I tried adding these pictures to one of my previous posts, but tapatalk wouldn't let me. So I apologize for the triple post. But I have finally finished the install. It took about 7 hours if you don't count interruptions like food. I installed Highs, Lows and Fogs. Had a few extra steps to go through like removing my brush guard. I attached the resistors on inside of the fender wells. See attached picture. Im very happy with the way they look and now just wish it got dark enough outside to use them. Right now in Alaska we are over 18 hours of daylight. Sun up at about 4am and sets after 10pm.

They all flicker for a few seconds when they start up. Is that normal?
