Simple! Advanced had one set left, pulled truck into bay, had grill off and lights out, and cut off H9 extra tab in bulb...MUCH brighter. Here is a pic on the wall...you can see how much more white they seem...now Id like to know what the foglight plug and play upgrade would be...hmmm.
Also installed JJ's LED reverse tails last night, MUCH brighter and looks 10x better in reverse.

Curious, why did you take the grill out?

DId the same on mine, well worth it. Not sure about the 2015's, but on my 2010, I also put 9011's in the high's, (have to trim one of the tabs), and I put the old hi's, (9005's), in the fogs, replacing the 9145's, wow, what a difference. I can't use the fogs on the highway in traffic, everyone I pass i see putting their hand up to block their side view mirror from blinding them. I only use the fogs now when there's not any traffic

Ive tried HIDs, always seem to have issues. maybe they are better, but prefer consistent.
Id try LED's before HIDs Id think.

Yeah - I tried HID's also, could never get rid of the radio interference no matter what i tried. For your fogs, I'm pretty sure the 9005's will still fit, from everything I've read, the only difference between the 9140's and 9145's is 5 watts
