Heres mine....
12,700 original miles...and its an 04
Exterior: All original black paint in immaculate condition. Street Scene rollpan, “Big Mouth” grill with flat black powdercoated billet insert. Dodge Ram SRT-10 front bumper cover. Flat black “shortie” radio antenna. Bed is lined with a Line-X bed liner and in excellent condition with absolutely no fading or scarring.
Engine:
Stock 5.9 Cummins diesel with a K&N intake. Valve cover painted metallic silver with black lettering on it. Motor is in pristine condition mechanically and cosmetically. Has a straight pipe exhaust with no muffler, and a flowmaster 5” exhaust tip exiting right before the rear suspension UNDER the truck to prevent dragging. New stock A/C hard line was installed and “custom” bent to not hit the front tire when the truck was laid out. All A/C line work was done by local Dodge dealer here and looks completely stock. There are two (2) Kinetik batteries located under the bed of the truck on the drivers side. A C-TEK battery charger has been hardlined in to the front of the engine compartment for easy battery charging.
Interior:
All stock and in SHOWROOM condition....Large red button located where cigeratte lighter used to be for the train horn in the bed. Gauges for air ride in custom built pod where the ashtray used to be.....covered in matching dark grey vinyl material to match the dash for stock OEM look. Airride controls are in the drivers side door via a Crew Cab dodge window control unit...front two switches control the windows, back two switches control the air ride....front UP/DOWN & back UP/DOWN. Windows tinted with 20% tint on doors and back window. Switch under dash to turn off air compressor when not in use or if parked overnight or long periods of time.
All the below suspension work done by former shop KUSTOMWERKS out of Union City, TN. Excellent fab work throughout entire setup.
Suspension (front):
One-off upper and lower control arms (1.5” narrower) that have been powdercoated metallic silver. Upper mounts moved up approx 3” to prevent severe camber when layed out. Wheelwells removed for suspension clearance. Sway bar goes from BEHIND the oil pan and below transmission around to other side.
Suspension (rear):
Again..all One-Off...including the 4-link that runs inside the frame rails, custom fabricated 25 gallon fuel cell in stock location that is above framerails to preventing dragging, big notch. The rear frame rails have been narrowed along the with rear axle. Rear frame was narrowed so the rear brake calipers didnt touch them after the rear axle was narrowed. Axles were resplined by MOSER. One-off bridge between the step notch with Nathan Airchime K5 train horn mounted to it. All suspension parts and train horn have been powdercoated metallic silver or flat black. Air ride run by OASIS compressor that has barely ever been used, ASCO valves (all mounted in the back), and a watertrap is installed as well. Two (2) seven gallon air tanks are powdercoated metallic silver as well. “Plug In” under bed by passenger fenderwell for an airline to put air in tires, etc.
Wheels:
Four (4) Custom cut Dima 24.5” wheels powdercoated metallic silver with 295/35/24 AVON tires. Wheels have 1/4” milled out of back for adapters to sit in and bring the wheels in 1/4” to prevent rubbing fenderwell edges. Wheels and tires also have LESS than 500 miles on them. Adapters are again one-offs by Kustomwerks of Union City. Adapters and wheels are LUG CENTRIC or STUD PILOT WHEELS.....not the usual Hub centric wheels. Aloca “hug a lug” lug covers and chrome center caps front and rear from Iowa 80 finish off the wheels. Inside back wheels are stock dodge 17” steel wheels
powdercoated black with Toyo tires.
