leveling kit- taller springs or adapters?

06 Mega Cab 2500 4x4 5.7

I'm looking to do a mild lift on my 06. I'm eyeing a leveling lift.

I see there are taller springs or the adapter. My 06 has 200K miles. Is it possible that the front coil springs will fatigue? New springs cost a little more but not a big deal. Are the new springs better than the adapter?

I can't comment on how those will ride, but they will ride better than a spacer.
