    Only thing I can think of would be to try and get some fender liners out of a newer truck and mount em in there some how.

    or just modify the stock inner fenders to fit just like you modified the fenders to clear tires.

    What he said. If the fenders are an inch to inch and half larger now, why not just cut and stretch those old inners. But if you want something custom, cut some old 55gallon drums and use them.
