I also ordered me a set of the no-cut brackets. As far as the thickness, 3/16" is the same gauge as the factory mounts.
He said the no-cut version was designed for a 4" drop. The cut version is more for a max 7" drop, if I remember.

Also check out Inez hotrods on FB. They make a similar set of cut brackets and also drop control arms that allow for perfect alignment.

Now All I will need is a set of shock extenders to run stock length shocks. These street performance shocks are on the way stiff side

Saw your truck on that page. Is that really a 5/7 drop? With a drop that low I'd hit every pothole in town. lol

Looks to me like a 3 / 5, whatever it is, it's a great looking truck.

Thanks for doing all the leg work guys! Looking forward to seeing the results of the Cut kits. Sure would be nice to get the rear of my truckl to sit a bit lower without that mount being in the way

Not my truck. I just borrowed the pics from their FB page. Nice truck though, I believe it's a 4/7 drop. 2" drop arms with 2" drop springs up front. And cut 4" rear springs.

Guys, I'm so ready to get a set of these... Any details on when / how much the group buy price would be?

I might just order a set now on my own...

With these brackets would I still need a adjustable track bar?

The no cut kit also comes with a 4" tracbar relocator. The cut kit comes with a tracbar relocator compatible with up to a 7" drop. You don't "need" an adjustable track bar but if you wish to fine tune the left/right axle position then you can get one.

I'm only doing a 4 inch drop in the rear so I'll be getting the no cut kit

Do you know about how long the install should take for the no cut style ?

If you already have a drop kit that includes a tracbar relocator you won't need the one included in this bracket kit, so -$50 from $450 for the no-cut kit. And an adjustable tracbar is not really needed.
