OK...install is done. The lift at our shop was taken today so I had to go old school and do it on stands. I got it up about 8 AM and put a fan on it to cool it down. In the meantime I welded in the **** for my wideband and got everything laid out, got the wheels off and fender liners out.
Started disassembling at 9am on the dot. The old stuff came right out with no issues.
The issues started when I went back in with the ARH's. On the passenger side you have to cut down one bolt...there's no way it's going in otherwise...the tube completely blocks the hole on the 2nd cylinder back. On the driver side I pulled the dipstick tube of course, had to remove a shield that's attached to the upper a-arm, had to take the shifter cable bracket loose then it finally slid in. Bolts are super easy on that side.
Then the mid pipe....I don't know what crack head at ARH designed that thing but it barely fits...and I mean barely. I thought I was gonna have to cut it up and reweld it. On the passenger side with the Y pipe slid over the stock exhaust the pipe will barely bolt up to the header. The angles are completely wrong. I would up pulling it with the bolts and finally got it to seat. The driver side is even worse. The angle is wrong both at the collector and the slip joint into the other pipe. I got the slip joint in and pulled the collector flange together with the bolts again then had to use a floor jack to push the slip joint up into place and tighten it. Anyway...I finally fought it together and got all 5 of the O2 sensors in and fired it off at 12 on the dot. 3 hours isn't bad I guess considering all the mid-pipe issues.
I also thought it was interesting that for the price they don't put in the little tube for EGR on the passenger side. JBA puts it in their shortys
The do supply 4 O2 sensor extensions...you only need 2 of them. The rear sensors plug right in. I drove it about 40 miles...no CEL so I guess it's all good. Got home and checked again....no leaks. I'm calling it done.
Here's the JBA's
Pile of ARH stuff.

Y pipe going into OEM piping
Driver side crossover.
Passenger side connections
And last...the upper tube on the passenger side was too close for my comfort to the heater hoses so I wrapped them with a few layers of Cool Tape just to be safe. I also wrapped the shifter cable...I got it to fit in with no contact but it was within 1/2" of hitting 2 different tubes so I wrapped it up good so nothing gets burned.
And that's that....
It sounds phenomenal...I wish I had someone around to get a sound clip but that'll have to wait for another day.
