Im looking to lift just the front of my 2001 1500 sport its a 4x4 with 5.9. Currently running 285/75/16 on stock wheels. I know about the leveling kits but I want the front to sit about 1-2 inches higher in the front. Almost a prerunner look. What options should I look into. Im not against buying compnonets and doing my self either.

One option --add a HBS 2.5" level kit to the front and throw on some lowering shackles in the rear (1-2") -- if you're up for lowering the backend a little.

Leveling kit would do exactly what you want. You could also look into 2" lift coils if you're against spacers. Do you want the truck level or higher in the front than rear?

Level it 2in in the front and yank the rear blocks out. That'll give you the Cali lean you're looking for.

Agreed with DD94, leveling kit up front, pull rear blocks. You could do an axle over leaves swap as well for more rear drop.
