Jack the beast up, front tires off, undo all bolts holding them on, put new ones on, and reverse.

I'd get an alignment after too.

I feel like a step is getting left out. Should i put the tires back on before reversing?

But in all seriousness do the torsion bars have to come off and if so how do you get those off.

Lol that part I'm not sure, 06+ have coil over struts, not torsion bars. I'm sure there's a youtube video
