I saw one of his threads a while ago, and he had 20" rims too. Said his cv axles were at the max angle, so I assume he had some vibration while in 4wd. I would imagine using 17s and lower pro tires would keep cv axle angle less severe, not that it's really necessary here in Georgia... hence my thought that I might just level my truck with some 33s and keep an eye out for a nice qc 2wd here and trade up when I find the right one.

Then start the lowering process lol

Edit.. after posting that it just makes me want to lower my 4wd lol

What did you do to get another 2" out of the rear? I have a flip and notch with stock shackles in mine and I would like a bit more out of it.

It has 2" blocks in it for right now, but they're just temporary. I am going to put a stock shackle back in it and use the Belltech springs to get this height permanently. I've got a set of leaf spring perches, and the old ones will be cut off and these welded on to get the pinion angle correct.

Nothing too much lately. New water pump a few months ago. Got a little budget saved up for the truck, trying to decide what i want to do. Going to finish my lca bushing job along with new wheel bearings probably beginning of April. Then I'll put on whatever I buy with my extras fund.
