Saw this thread over on the Z forum and thought I'd share the info here. This mod will get your front sway bar more parallel with the road, which seems to improve steering response and ride. I installed the shorter end links today on my lowered '14 R/T and have to say it's a gerat mod. The end links are for a 2wd Ford F-150. I ordered Moog K80337 end links from Amazon for $30 a side. The only thing I did diffrent from the others was use both the factory and Moog supplied bushing cups because the Ford end link has a longer non threaded shaft that doesn't allow the rubber bushing to get enough preload. You can see what I did in the last picture. I "barrowed" a couple of pictures from the original thread :naughty:

Brand new from parts supplier of your choise!!! I bought Moog replacement end links, Moog part number K80337 off Amazon. Some of the guys on the RamForumZ were getting parts off eBay for less, but when it comes to suspension parts I'm spending the extra money for a quality product!

I installed the Moog end links today, too. Haven't driven it yet to see if I notice any difference.

No, this is for lowered trucks only; the endlinks are the same design, they are just shorter to keep the sway bar properly aligned which will get the cornering stability back closer to stock. They aren't an improvement over the factory design, just a corrective change, well, except for the grease fitting.

I still prefer my Chris Alston endlinks because they remove the rubber bushing and allow for a higher mis-alignment than the stock design, but they're also $100 a side.

Damn, this is why I hate coming on the forums. Someone is always steering me to new stuff for my truck :suicide:

Yesterday, I took some really fast turns (strictly for R&D purposes, lol) and I have to say that the front end feels tighter with the new front end links.

Also, I used to get this occasional popping sound on big dips and I haven't heard it yet since installing these...

Overall this 5,000 lb brick really handles well and turns very fast for a truck. It's really awesome to just yank the steering wheel into a turn and not even squeal the tires, despite them being the ****** stock Goodyears.

Yes sir, I totally agree!!! The truck looks, rides and handles so damn good for a truck. It's almost unreal.

My next project is to tighten up the rear just a tad. Going with the Spohn upper and lower control arms and the Hellwig end links!

It really is! I often forget I am driving a truck, lol.

You are going with adjustable control arms to center your axle, right? They are some of my favorite parts on my whole truck. People always ask me wtf they are.

I think I told you about this before, but remember to get the delrin bushings for the control arms, it's very important. You'll need to call the order in to Spohn, because I still don't see them on their website.

My plan was to get the adjustables, although UNBROKEN had posted somewhere that with the 4" rear drop adjustables really weren't necesary. Spohn is offering the rear links with Del-Sphere adjustable bushings now.

Not mandatory, but if you look at your axle it is a little pulled forward from the drop, the adjustable will recenter it and correct the pinion angle.

The control arms that I got have the del-spheres on the front end, but on the rear end they come with pu bushings. You just ask for the delrin bushings instead of the pu.
:favorites13:

Where did you see the rear links from Spohn, do you have a link? I did not see them on their site...

Confirmed with Spohn, all their links now come with the adjustable Del-Sphere bushings!
