lowering my 4x4 quad cab possibly

my next truck is going to be lowered and a 4x4 since I live in CT.

:) 4 wheels spinning is now a days better than 2.

Even with my last truck pushing 1200rwtq, I wasnt able to spin all 4 tires from a dead stop. I love 4wd for racing.

So with the lower, have there been any detrimental effects? I was going to level the front, but with the loss of MPG, I changed my mind. Seeing I wanna get rid of the rake anyway, I'm thinking lowering the rear might be an option.

Torq, have you seen any changes to your mileage or anything strange since lowering your 4WD?

This is with the two inch drop springs in rear only. Took like 30 minutes for install in my driveway. No noticeable difference in MPG, but mine are horrible anyway because I have a lead foot.

i believe ground force offers a 2" rear drop. that is the only one that i am aware of that only does the rear

Ground Force offers a rear 2" kit that includes shocks, and McGaughys offers rear 2" springs without the shocks.

the only things I noticed is it handles like a sports car now, and people compliment the truck more. my mileage didnt change noticable at all.
