I am ok, I knocked the other car away about 20 feet. she doesn't remember anything about the accident and broke her pelvis...

Think my trucks totaled? Shes 100% at fault, her insurance company just accepted liability.






Crazy thing is I bought this bad ***** about 1.5 weeks before this crash/

Did you hit her so hard in the front of your truck that it buckled your passenger door? Or did the SUV come around and tap the door in the accident?

Not 100% sure but I think i spun her and it hit the side also.

Her back left tail light is broken but the back left bumper didn't have any damage so I am not really sure. I think its possible that her rear left door opened and did what you see on my side?


They totaled it out finally. Getting just under $17,000 for it which I only paid 14,000 cash for it about 5 years ago and put 45,000 miles on it. This is before I go after some aftermarket stuff I added.

My bed liner I used a cheap upol raptor kit which cost me $100. They added $190 to the damage for the bed liiner...

Glad to see you are alright, that is most important. If the deal is good, BUY IT BACK FROM THE INSURANCE! Part it out and make some easy dough and scrap what's left! I wish I did when I totaled out my 05. It had under 100k miles on it, and I could have bought it back for $3,500.


Regardless, time for an upgrade!

I don't really have the opportunity to have it sit at my house and look like it is for me to part it out... home owners association wouldn't be happy.

I just rebuilt the transmission in it. Motor is good. What is a price I could expect on those for a quick sale? The bed is in great condition, so is the rear bumper, and tail gate...

You see the Hemis go for $800-1500 all the time depending on condition and mileage, even more sometimes. Transmissions are not as high, but if you find someone that needs one but can't afford a rebuild, you can get some decent cash out of it. The bed should be the easy part, a few hundred no problem. Interior stuff would go pretty quick (how does the front drivers side seat cushion look? lol). Rear axle should be a pretty easy sell as well.

I would be interested in your radio bezel if you have navigation. Did you have the center console?
