I have many questions on different topics on my truck so why not ask them all at once.
First off can I run a 16.5 rim? If not what do I have to cut or shave.
Can I fit 37's 12.50 wide on a 2004 2wd ram 3.7L v6 with a 3 inch body lift 2 inch rear blocks and 6 inches of lift in the front? Totals out with 5 in the rear 9 in the front.
Someone mentioned running a different gear. What gear should I have? I will not be off roasting much just for looks and maintain any gas mileage I can. I'm not sure what gears I have now. All I know is its a 2004 2wd dodge ram 3.7 5-speed manual trans.
Also I did the lifts all my self and have a little squeak now. Even when just parked and I turn the wheels I can hear it. Any ideas? I have no idea.

Thank you!

no on the 16.5 rim unless you want to grind down your calipers

i'm confused, are you doing a 6" suspension lift plus a 3" body lift?

i would go 4.56 gears

How much grinding are you saying?
It has a 3 inch body lift with an additional 6 in the from and 2 in the back

First off can I run a 16.5 rim? If not what do I have to cut or shave. Minimum 17" unless you grind the **** out of your front calipers (rears will be fine)
Can I fit 37's 12.50 wide on a 2004 2wd ram 3.7L v6 with a 3 inch body lift 2 inch rear blocks and 6 inches of lift in the front? Totals out with 5 in the rear 9 in the front. Get out the measuring tape
Someone mentioned running a different gear. What gear should I have? I will not be off roasting much just for looks and maintain any gas mileage I can. I'm not sure what gears I have now. All I know is its a 2004 2wd dodge ram 3.7 5-speed manual trans. You will need the gear change to get that thing moving with that little engine, as mentioned 4.56's at least
Also I did the lifts all my self and have a little squeak now. Even when just parked and I turn the wheels I can hear it. Any ideas? I have no idea. Sounds like a bushing

Thank you!

So I was looking at my reared and saw a sticker on my reared which had the numbers 9.25 for the rear end and said 3.92 open case, which would be my gear ratio? If I can get a 16.5 rim to fit would that gear be good for at least a 33 inch tire?

33's are the stock size if the truck came with 20" wheels. Regardless 33's and 3.92 gears will be fine.

3.92 is gear ratio, 9.25 is the rearend size. So you have 3.92 without limited slip

Yeah that's what I had thought. I have the 17 inch rims now. But I wish I could find a 33-35 tire that for a 17 inch rim hut they're all so expensive as the 16.5 aren't.

You can mount some pretty big tires on those 17's. Interesting Build. Pics would be cool as well.
