Hello all. I am looking to lower my 2014 Ram 1500 Express Crew Cab and was interested in the MCG Deluxe kit. Is there anything I should know before I purchase this against the Belltech or similar kits that just use coils and shocks? I saw someone mention something about front wheel issues? Thank you and Happy New Year :)

The McG spindle kit will push your front wheels out about 1/2" or so. Otherwise, its a nice kit. I am not a fan of having the front wheels sticking out, so I went with Belltech on mine.

Yes the kit I was looking at was the spindle-replacement kit. Has anyone complained of rubbing issues with this issue?

Its not a performance issue, its just an appearance problem (in my opinion at least)...many guys don't mind the front sticking out a bit, so its just personal preference.

So if I were to go with aftermarket wheels, I could just go with a new, corrected offset to fix this problem? I will need to do my research on this. I just read that the spindle kit keeps the factory springs and shocks which has a better quality ride.

Order it from Matt at Moe's. And the front tires will stick out a little like he said. Other than that it's great kit. I love mine it rides nearly as good as stock does. And looks way better.

its not to noticeable. I also have 10" wheels. if your going to get this kit, plan on upgrading atleast the rear sway bar. my rear end was swaying at 70mph. added sway bar and it fixed it. I also upgraded the front.

interesting..... your 2015 didn't have a sway bar already? I'll have to look again, but i'm pretty sure my 2013 has one back there already
