Replaced all yhe fusible links with a fuse block!! Have power to everything again.... except now i noticed a missing relay.

From the front back it would be the 4th relay it gets power when ignition is on. No power when ignition is off.. which leads me to believe its the issue with my windows and hvac. But I cant find what relay it is!?
