Modern Muscle 422" Stroker with 2.9L Whipple

Its finally coming together. This is currently going in my 2014 RC/SB 8sp Ram. Its a 6.2L based 422" stroker with ported 6.4 truck heads, custom blower cam, Hellcat throttle body, ARH 1 7/8" longtubes to 3" dual exhaust, and a 2.9L Whipple Supercharger. The transmission was sent to Paramount Performance to be built with a 3000-3200 stall tq converter as well. We should have it on the dyno in the next couple weeks to get some numbers. I'm expecting to be in the 700-800hp range on 93 octane.

Its a 2wd on a 5/7 drop. I have some nice 30" tall radials for the back though, so it should still come off the line very hard.

That's just a work of art. Can't wait to see what it runs. I hope it has a cage.

As a side note, I heard of a Performance shop that will give you a gift certificate if you get into the 12's-----

This is the standard Ram 1500 kit with the 2.9L blower.

After seeing your vids, I agree based on sound alone. Thanks to you, my LT money might get switched over to whipple money. I even priced out forged parts the other day.

You shouldn’t need to upgrade any of the internals unless you’re going to be running higher boost.
