Moe's 5 inch tips and some new pics.

Got my new tips on. Quick delivery and great customer service from Moes. Installing them was not too bad, just lining them up close to even took the longest. It's amazing how much bigger these tips are compared to the factory tips. I could literally fit the factory tip into the tip from Moes. As for the change in tone, I took a coldstart video today of the old tips. I will get a coldstart video tomorrow of the new Moes tips to see if there is a difference in tone. When I got home the old lady told me truck sounded louder lol. Took a few pics as well. Trucks coming along nicely

Even after installing an aftermarket muffler, the thing that changed the sound and tone of my exhaust more than anything else was the 5" tips. A lot deeper and throatier sound. More than satisfied---

Yes, I agree. After doing a start up this evening it has a deeper tone with my carven exhaust. Sounds sick

I contemplated this for a while to but now I wish I had not waited so long. It looks so much better compared to stock.

I wanted the black carven but they weren't rolled so I ended up going with Moe's. the black do look good though

Thanks man. at some I might get them welded on but the direct bolt on sure was awesome. It helped having an extra hand just to hold the tips while I tightened down

I appreciate it! It's come along way within the year I've had it. I Am almost done with the appeance, byt have been thinking about blacking out the emblems and lugs but kinda on the fence. I think the chrome looks good with the current setup. Also want to do something about the headlights and foglights. Maybe go with different bulbs

I had mine spot welded. To damn expensive to have some low life just unbolt them and be gone with them.
