Motor mounts

My motor mounts look ike maybe they are worn out The rubber you see on the lefthand side seems to be loose. Does that mean the mount is shot? They look pretty easy to change out just 3 bolts on the block and the bolt holding it to frame. Anybody done it? http://www.ramforum.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=73939&stc=1&d=1467668740

I haven't changed it on rams before, but i've swapped them out on chevys and fords as well as semi's quite a bit. As long as you have a floor jack or even a bottle jack you can easily change it out. The hard part is getting the bolts unstuck, replacing is as easy as jacking the engine up just until you see it move, then remove the old mount.

Getting the new one on might require some playing around with the jack to get the height just right.
