Recently bought a QC, don't know how I got along without one....

When you need the back seats which I didn't think in 2012 I would, but I met a woman started dating and WHAM! back into a truck with rear seats because her son is one big boy.

But I still have my regular cab. :naughty:

Anyhow the truck is running real good now and I'm happy with it. :)

I hear you, most certainly I still have my Retruck. Probably be buried in it. Wife has heath issues and could nolonger drive and keeping her SUV made no sense. So I have the QC to carry her 60lb Pit Bull. The back seat stays folded down with a cover over it. Also the QC make a great tow rig for Red.

Sorry to hear about your wife having health issues. Is there any chance she will get better?

And I remember the days of people and dogs riding in the bed of trucks. Now a days that is called Redneck Uber. :happy175:

Now I just need to make some money with this truck. Lord knows I love it, but I need to make a few bucks with it. :)

As a kid I'd sit in the bed on a inner tube.. This made it more comfortable and I'd have the tube for when we got to the river... ;)
As for the wife, unfortunately no..

Inner tubes are fun. :party36:

Sorry to hear that your wife will not be able to drive again. That just makes it harder for her to get from place to place. I know you will be there to help, but being there all the time is impossible.

Well life sometimes gets in the way of the most carefully laid plans and folks just need to get it done. Fortunately I'm retired and it's not impossible.... The answer would be not to get old... ;)

My grandfather gave the advise of don't get old. Only way I figure to follow that advise would be to die, and that's not in the plan right now.

Didn't know you were retired. That's my goal in about 16 years from now. But man getting there is not that easy. Only thing I can do is keep on working at it.:waytogo:

I've been fully retired for 10 years and you are right it wasn't easy.
Ole Redtruck is my therapy. I enjoy working on Red. It's all good... Did get to a friends machine shop this morning and modify a new pulley for the SC. It's 3.7 inch diameter and should get about 7psi. Haven't had a chance to test it yet. Maybe it'll be dry out tomorrow....

You gotta do something to keep busy and it keeps you in good graces with your wife as long as she is okay with you spending a few dollars on the truck.

Now where are all those clients my gal was telling me about?

You will not believe this one. I took this truck to the All Chrysler Nationals and would you believe it got a vote in the stock class. :jawdrop: I was in shock, but the guy said he likes the color blue so. :)
