Anything specific?

Can you post some side shots please?

when I get the chance I’ll get some side shots. It hangs of about an inch per side which is a bit more than I was hoping but it doesn’t look as bulky as a lot of the other bumpers do. Plus my tires are out about an inch out so it looks good on my truck

Everything is adjusted and tight. Had to use a spacer on the bottom frame mounting point to adjust the bumper because it sat slightly tilted forward. Also bought 1/2” grade 8 hardware instead of the painted metric bolts. Fit is about 99% just the corner behind the headlight but that’s only a 1/4” space and I can live with that. That’s due to the spacers I installed. I love how open it is. This thing feels solid.

Also it’s a little close to my oil filter. Have about 3/16” clearance. May need to move my filter mount up some. Will find out after my next oil change in 500 miles

How much hangs out the side after you put the fender flares back on?

I can guess it wouldn’t be much. It hangs out about 3/4” and the flares were 1/2” thick so it would stick out 1/4” past the flares. They won’t be going back on. I decided I didn’t like how they sat. If I can find black or matching red stock flares I’ll install those

1/2” rough country top hat spacers are installed. All that’s left on my list of things is new brake lines. Ordered 3” longer front and 2” longer rear. Not really needed but they’re stainless braid so should be nice. Front brake lines at full droop with the spacer are maxed. Could have just ordered 1” longer fronts and stock length rears. Rear brake lines have plenty but given that I have to cut the hard line to install I figured I’d go a little extra on length. Will post pictures after I receive them. Custom order so it’s expected a minimum of 2 weeks out from Klmperformance. Still throwing around the idea of rear control arms but I haven’t yet hit a limiting factor with them. Question for all you off-roaders. I understand what limiting straps are for. Would that be applicable in a situation like our trucks? Or is that more for long travel suspension

i love that low pro look. What I dislike about some bumpers is how far they stick out. and this one give you that extra clearance too.

Perfect look for the 4th gen. I think you nailed it.

Matching rear in the plans?

Depends on how bad I beat the stock rear bumper up. May do structural reinforcements inside the stock bumper and get it bed linered. If I do swap I’m looking at the fab fours rear bumper but it’s pricey

Had to move my filter up. I had a feeling. Almost couldn’t get the old one off. It was very tight in there. Plus it was so tight physically that while trying to spin it off my filter wrench started crushing it. Guess it got seized up on there. After with the royal purple and before with the fram80D22110-CA2B-4B2D-8DB3-7215EC7254B6.jpegAC2A5403-8FE3-42C9-885A-626BB7205E2C.jpeg

looking at this hidden winch mount since the bumper I purchased did not come with one. Figured I don’t mind cutting the bumper though for a fairlead. Designed to hold a 12k lb winch. If I do purchase this it won’t be for a while though as I don’t really go anywhere that it would be necessary yet. And this will be a lot nicer than welding up something myself. Or I can get a front hitch tube and weld it into the bumper and use a removable winch tray. Finally decided on my fog lights for my bumper as well. Diode dynamics pro yellow in the sae certified fog configuration. https://www.diodedynamics.com/stage-series-3-sae-dot-yellow-pro-standard-led-pod-pair.html

Look what showed up. Now just need to find time to install this. May have ordered my front cables to long. Should have just ordered the 2” instead of the 3”. At max droop I’m getting a slight bit of tension on the brake line with my setup on stock brake lines. I think the kings are a tad longer for more down travel and that would cause an issue since I have 1/2” top spacers. I plan on keeping the top spacers since that puts me at 3” lift
