Hey guys,

Looking to put a set of wheel spacers on my truck but at a cross roads on if I should go with 1.5" or 2" etc..

2011 Ram 1500, bilsteins set at 2.1", factory wheels,275 60 20 Falken wildpeak at3's, 2500 flares.

Stance wise I would like the tires to be flush with the flares, maybe slightly past them. I prefer not to be slinging rocks down the side of my truck also...That being said I am not sure if 2" spacers would be over kill?.

Anyone got some pictures of a similar set up to mine running 1.5" or 2" spacers to give me an idea of what it would look like?.

Thanks in advance!.

(pictures below to give you an idea of what I am working with. The dirty picture is post all terrains btw)

I went from factory 20x9 which have +3/4" offset to aftermarket 20x9 with 0" offset, and I'm runnin 12.50"Toyo ATll's ... I also have 2500 flares ... So that would be a 3/4" spacer for you ... 1" if you want a little more ... 1.5" will stick out pretty good ... 2" will paint your truck with stonef00ad4920ab272d86837b9e84d6ab293.jpg chips

Thank you, nothing crazy 2.5 front level, 1.5 rear spacer and 1.5 body lift. The OEM type flares come out about 1.5 inches for the most part they are flush, some days I wish i didn't have the flares but others when I see huge rocks in my tires I remember why haha.

Nice looking truck!
You used Bora spacers?
Did you have to trim the studs?
Thanks, I used supreme suspension 1.5's no trimming required, the oem rim have a recess in them between the studs so they fit with no issue.

I have also been looking into the supreme suspensions spacers. It looks like they only offer 1.5" and 2". So I am mostly looking for pictures and info based around those sizes. But loving the eye candy either way lol

imo i would go 1.5 for a mild stance... anything over that will start to cross into a more aggressive look.. ( which i like ) lol

That doesn’t help me HAHA that’s what I keep toying with in my mind “I should probably go with 1.5”, but maybe that extra half inch would look nice and aggressive”. Lol. Really hoping to get some more pics and members experience before I make a purchase. I also don’t want to trim my studs which I heard if you go with 1.5” that trimming the studs is required but with factory wheels they have recessed pockets and don’t need trimmed.

Also my truck was built later in the half of 2011 and I see that for the spacers they have them listed as working for 02-2011 and 2012-current. I don’t know if my truck being a later 11 technically would put it in the compatibility zone for the 12-current spacers or if it would still land in the 02-11 spacers. The difference between the two as far as I can tell is 1 uses a different sized lug stud/thread pitch vs. the other and I’m. It sure of the best way to determine what size/pitch my lug studs are to confirm before purchasing aside from going to a parts store and buying a set of new lug nuts for a certain size and seeing if they fit or not.

In the meantime everyone, keep those pictures and advice coming!, I’m soaking it all in lol

You can check customoffsets.com gallery. enter your stats and spacer size. See if anyone has submitted that setup
