Hello all
I have an 03 1500 with the 5.7 and truck has alil over 100k miles. I have owned the truck for 7 yrs and i never changed the spark plugs truck runs fine still. Well im planning on changing the plugs this weekend. My question is should i change the plugs and wires or just the plugs????

Do both. I don't remember, specifically, if this early HEMI has coil packs but if it does, I'd recommend doing those as well.

i did mine on my old truck at 120 it was running fine but it definitely game it back some power life for sure do your self a favor and run sea foam in the tank and crank case and spray the tb a few days before u change the plugs and let the old plugs burn all that junk off. that way you get the most out of your new plugs ! it made a world of difference in mine. she made it to 280k till i traded it on a 2015
