3 weeks back I bought a 2007 Dodge Cummins 6.7. In the regular service, the mechanic told me to replace the exhaust system as it is not in a perfect condition. When I searched for exhaust systems, I found some options here https://www.bcdiesel.ca/en/exhaust-systems-ford-03-07. There are products from two companies (MBRP and Flo-Pro). Which company product would be better?

The link you provided is for an 03-07 Ford 6.0.
If you are swapping out the exhaust with an an aftermarket one it will most likely need a tuner because you will be removing the DPF and NOX filters in the process. You are looking at about $1500 for the exhaust and tuner. Well worth the money spent, but you won't be passing emissions. Did he provide any further info as to why you should replace it other than it's in perfect condition? Factory exhaust is going to be a lot more than the aftermarket/tuner route.
