These were on a truck I test drove back in 07 before I bought my truck. They were Wild Country RTV's. They were their version of a mud tire. They whined like noone's business LOL I don't believe they make them anymore tho. But they do make a mud tire (the MTX) and an all terrain (the XTX). I have the XTX on my 05 and they are awesome tires.

LOL yeah they were definitely cool looking. Unfortunately, I don't know about the tread life though.

yeah, tires definitely can be expensive. The 34's on my truck are on 20's and they were $1200. The XTX's on the 05 are 33's on 17's and they were 1100.

Yea, I wish I could fit 15s... Life would be easy... But yea I think 34x12.50 maybe 13 would be just fine:) leaves more room to flex:D

BFG wear better than any other tire I have tried and yeah they cost a lot and require consistent rotation but I expect at least 60 and do not have to pray for it. I have never owned MUDs. I always get all terrain but if KM2 last even close to what mine do then that would be great tire.
Toyo is usually my second choice when I can't get right size to BFG on. Only happened to me once but I did like the Toyo.

Dude I got the trail grapplers last April and love the heck out of them. They are not very noisy on the highway either for a mud tire, every other tire I have every heard is much louder than the NITTO unless you go with a less aggressive lug pattern. As far as wear goes they are awesome also, but that goes with out saying that if you don't rotate and balance often they will wear faster. I rotate every 3000 miles and balance ever other, a buddy of mine has the same tires and he does both ever 3000 miles and our trucks have pretty close to the same tread life on them. Post pics with what ever you buy... Good luck
