Just put a set of 35/12.50R17's on my 17 PW. No rub at full lock on stock wheels. Haven't tested off road yet, but no rub going over driveway entry-and-exits with the sway bar connected. No rub over those giant speed bumps (which I call speed mounds) at about 20mph.

edit: Tires are the new DuraTracs in 35x1250R17 load E.

How do they ride compared to the stock 285/70R17 D range tires? Do you do any towing?

I have a 6000# camper that we use year around, couple times a month. I also have a double axle steel sided utility trailer that I use in the spring/summer months for general yard work.

So far, I haven't towed with the new tires yet, but we took a 400 mile trip this weekend, and the truck felt great. The D-range tires were super comfy to ride on, but a power wagon having soft suspension and the tires being soft made the truck feel more like a car.

Now the truck feels like the way it should. But still, the usual bumps in the road are not harsh. Little firmer over rough roads, but somehow feels like it glides over gravel. On gravel, i would feel the vibration through the steering wheel more than I do now. There is a little more bump-steer going over bridge expansion joints, but definitely no different than my buddy's diesel truck with the same diameter tire. There is slightly more road noise, which surprised me, duratracs are generally really quiet for the kind of tire they are. So to fix that, I just turned up the speed-adjusted volume from 1-2 and forgot I even had new tires after that. If I think of anything else substantial to add, I'll edit this post.

But the answer to everyone's question of "Will 35's rub with stock everything on a 17 power wagon", the answer is "Yes, no rub, and about an inch of room around every component, lock-to-lock". This weekend will be a flex test. I'll report back then.

I'd post pictures, but I don't know how to add them.

They are definitely a softer tread compound. Factory tires were Duratracs in 285/70R17 in load D. I'm hoping the slightly wider footprint and the slightly harder tread compound with the E-rating will make them last a little bit longer. Well, and, I'm telling myself to stop driving it like a racecar. Haha.

I was asked that very question by a neighbor the other day.. I said I just go every where with a purpose or I really have to poop bad!

Hopefully these upload right. 35X12.5 Toyo M/T, 20X9 Rockstar II, +18offset. No rub when driving/turning. Tires sit out from the truck further then expected. But I love the aggressive look it give the truck. These trucks really should be stock with 35s.

Yeah, they look like they stick out as much as mine with the +6 offset. I almost choose that same wheel in 18".

Truck looks great!

Truck looks good, they don't look like they stick out far. What are they about half a inch to inch outside fender?

Im looking into getting an AEV Pro Cal. Have to call in though as its international shipping north of the boarder. So I am going to talk to my Ram dealer tomorrow when i have my truck in there anyway and see if they will do it.

My dealer put my 35s on and planned to change the speedo, but then said they weren't able to change it for those tires.

Looks perfect and feels perfect. Only about 1/4 rake. But i do have one concern. According to the instructions on the springs the thuren logo muat be on top and the shop installed them on the bottom. Called thuren but thwy havent called back. Not sure if this matters. Maybe a stupid question but is it possible to put springs upsidedown? Any input?

Truck looks sweet man. How much did shop charge you to install kit?
